Dunkin'

Today I went in and ordered a coffee and donuts the lady was very rude then when I got out to my car I noticed the donut wasn’t correct so I went back in to exchange it and the same lady took the donut out the bag and put it back in the donut case which was extremely unsanitary and when my mother said something she just kept saying sorry and how she knew it was wrong. never going back because if she does that in front of people I don’t know what she is doing behind close doors to our food and drinks.

This Dunkin is clean number 1, and just because of C19, been here before and it was spotless. Number 2 welcoming, not some scripted, fake, plastic, auto pilot repeated hollow phrases and robotic movements. Like its an amusement park in some bad dream. Way too bright, intense, burnt, trapped air, clean appearance yet why are my shoes sliding greasy, ya mean just some of em feel weird BUT NOT THIS ONE!! Nah nope I went in and it was like "Hey maaaan! Where ya been at?! Type of vibe, a real smile and tone. So yeah I would say this spot is ight because the coffee was spot on!! I don't know, can I say perfect, yeah. Not that #!&^!$)(#*...!! bout to roar, YOU drink this splash in the face melting burn sizzle soon hot you can hear it!!!! Hot. And then be burnt and lil bit creamer...yeah like I won't return it because of that. So here, you ask for it, it's like you made it almost. Even the egg muffin jawn WASN'T burnt, nope not even like that one side that always be getting too done, ha and try to push the egg over or cheese, hahaha, And to top it off there wasn't no wait like we standing there and only one person really working and all got attitudes for some dumb reason, totally unrelated to you, nor anyone there paying. On break....really, huffy puffy under cover rolls eyes facial expressions like hitting a roach but not the effects of a good vibe, danm, and now you running late or cutting it close, gotta scarf the food down and forget the napkins. It was in the bag and napkins already in, pointed to the other condiments if necessary because she seen the last customer take the of last the napkins, gave the lady her bag after me and was out behind the counter filling it up. Clock work. In short I regrettably had no cash, at the moment on me, for a tip, but I did go back ya'll but I didn't buy anything, just an in and out, ya'll good with me, solid customer now. Oh and it was mixed establishment, respect that.

My fiance and I stopped at this Dunkin for a couple frozen coffee's. The girl who rang us up was nice and pleasant, no issues there. When the drinks were given to us, they weren't frozen at all, so we kindly told the other girl that they weren't frozen and she responded with "that's how they are supposed to be". Then proceeded to just stand there not asking to fix them or anything, she was also very rude with no people skills at all. I dont recommend getting frozen anything from this location unless you want just a cold coffee. Rant over.

This dunkin' donuts is clean and fully staffed. They unfortunately do not know the meaning of extra cream and sugar. I always have to go to the side to add my own sugar to my coffee. *Update* I had to edit this review and change it to five stars from three stars this Dunkin donuts is awesome the staff is really friendly I come here so much daily know my order... Lol I definitely recommend this location
