Wendy's

I live in the area and have visited this Wendy's a few times. every time I leave I immediately regret going in the first place but today was my final straw. Aside from them getting my order wrong. When I arrived at the first window to pay the guy started hitting on me and made me extremely uncomfortable. Then at the second window I asked for an extra ranch. One of the ladys inside yelled "She doesn't need another one there is one in the bag." The poor kid at that register looked confused and was asked if i was sure i needed 2... And I was given the wrong drink. All around a really bad experience and I won't be coming back.

My last two visits here have been unpleasant. Both times I placed a mobile order and had issues with picking it up. The first time it was like the concept of mobile order was new to them. The second time, the door was locked even though SEVERAL signs said dining room doesn’t close until 10pm (the time was 9pm). I went through drive thru and there was no one there. I eventually called out “hello,” and the employee was quick to say “be right there,” and took 5 more minutes doing whatever. When I was finally directed to the pickup window, the employee just handed my food to me. She didn’t say “have a good night” or anything, just handed me my food and closed the window. (I actually had to go back because she forgot part of my order.) Also, my fries were on the colder side. Sorry, but I won’t be returning here.

We stopped today as we do every week for lunch our meal was delicious, hot ,and correct. Sometimes there are small discrepancies but do you have any idea how people are served and are you aware that Wendy's has a MHMR hiring and training program where people with mental health challenges are part of the workforce (WAY TO FREAKING GO WENDY'S)!!! So be patient and if your order is wrong be civil in bringing to staff's attention please. It's not intentional

This place has got to be the most God awful fast food restaurant in the wilmington nc area. The older blonde manager that I dealt with, was very rude, acted manic, or as if she was on some kind of drugs. I watched her being rude to customers, and you can hear the employees that were there telling other customers they were going to quit because of the attitude of the manager. I will not be back because of this, as well as the cleanliness of the establishment is horrendous.

stopped by at 12:30am to pick up 2 ubereats orders and no one responded or answered the pickup window. i saw a black guy (employee) quickly walk past the window and ignore me and the car in front of me. I eventually calles uber support and they tried to call the location to no avail. thank you for wasting my time and gas. 0 out of 5 stars. DONT COME HERE THEY WILL JIST IGNORE YOU AND PRETEND THEY ARE CLOSED!

I went to Wendy on 4/14/22 at 12am I was just getting over a sickness and really needed a bake potatoes I went to shipyard they didn't have no potatoes cooked and the chill didn't have no meat in it. So I went to monkey junction it was the worst service I ever had in my life.im still trying to get in touch with someone to really speak about this service I was yelled at I was rushed I was refused service and I was refused to be given the name of the older lady who was very ruled.i was fussed out talked to like a dog I can't believe I have gotten this service from Wendy.i will never return to this location ever again with that lady working there.
