Kfc

I didn't think I'd be posting a negative review. I don't know for sure if it's just this particular branch either, but I had been craving KFC for the longest time, just never got around to going to the nearest one, whatever that may be, but... Maybe because I built it up in my head, but what I got did Not live up to my memories of KFC chickens past. My craving was not satisfied, and I was only left with greasy fingers and disappointment. The flavor was meh, nothing like what I remembered. I ordered extra crispy, and it was more sog than crunch. I ordered around noon, so I shouldn't already be getting any old or stale-tasting bits like they'd been sitting there to grow cold then be reheated. I could do better cooking with my microwave. Really was so looking forward to it. And now I wish I'd never gone.

Called to place a pick up order , told I had to order through app. Did that, charged to credit card. Husband went to pick up, they did not have my order! He ordered and paid since they did not have it, paid with another card. Got home, no biscuits or mashed potatoes! Next day, charges on both cards, called to have it fixed, again. Need to go through app! I cannot find anywhere to get refunds! Not happy!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review before but I’m writing one because of how I was treated so badly here. I did order online and didn’t realize that the delivery fee was six dollars. However I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, so I thought, and it came out to be $10 so I was like oh that makes sense. When the DoorDash driver came I was confused and called KFC and said I don’t understand what happened I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and I didn’t get the sandwich, just fries (and barely any of that all Soggy) And instead of explaining it to me nicely he was rude and just said you didn’t order it you didn’t order it and I said oh wait I think I understand what happened, my bad…can I please order a sandwich and have the delivery driver come back just please don’t charge me the delivery fee because I made a mistake and he was so rude mean and then hung up on me!!! I seriously couldn’t believe it.. even the DoorDash driver heard him and went out to McDonald’s for me and got me food and was so nice about it thank God for the DoorDashDriver I paid him extra even though kFC charged me $10 for the nastiest fries haha and KFC I will never be there again and how dare you speak to a customer like that if you don’t like your job and you don’t know how to act and do customer service then quit and you know who you are because you said you were the manager which I doubt you are and if you are you should be fired !!

7 p.m. on a spring Friday night, they had nothing we tried to order, refused to cook more chicken - HOURS before they close, end up with Hard, overcooked old chicken, at home everyone said it was inedible, and they have refused to pick up their phone all evening! Don't go here, worst KFC ever and rude employees that refuse to do their jobs!!

In my 12 piece there were 5 pieces of chicken smaller than I have ever seen. My string beans were half full and the biscuits were placed in the chicken bucket smashed down by the lid. Horrible. The corn was bone dry. The Mac and cheese looked like it was in the container all day with a coat or film on the top of it. I have had issues here before but I always give them a try. I am NEVER going back.
