I was greeted by a large general manager who treated me like I was a brother. In fact he introduced me to an employee as one.
The employee believed him, which shows trust in the staff in regards to leadership.
The food was just fine. The dessert was great. I left happy.

I went here with my family and had a horrible experience. I could be understanding about forgetting about some of my order during a rush and not flipping my blizzard (the policy states if they don't flip it you get a free one) BUT when I got home I bit into a burger with RAW BACON! I won't be going back

Wanted and ice cream cake for a birthday party. They closed before the posted hours. Went to drive thru. Could see 5 people inside. They said they had to close early because they were short staffed. Could not grab a cake out of the freezer.

Customer Service is usually great. Started eating my meal and found a black fair (my hairs not black) wrapped in the French fries. Asked for extra gravy - not received.

Worst experience at a drive-thru at a DQ I've had. The employee was unprofessional and I had to correct the order multiple times. I was expecting to have to immediately go inside to fix my order, but surprisingly it was correct. It was just painful to get it placed and having to repeat multiple times and correct multiple times is not what you want to deal with through a drive-thru. The eventual food was average DQ food so no issues there.

Wasnt very busy but it took about 20 mins to get out food and my burger was cold my sundae was melted a lot and when I got home I wasnt feeling well and ended up getting sick... Wont be returning

The Fast Food Technicians once again made me remember why going out to eat is so delicious....and the atmosphere; welcoming and Chill.

This Dairy Queen is going to hell Was there tonight and had cold food threw the drive through. Told them about it and they made the orders again. Second time food came out to us Luke warm and the burger tasted empty like someone stepped on it. Hopeless dam place and the second time the food came out they said it was fresh. UPDATE 1/25/22 was there again tonight same dam story and the staff were fooling around being stupid
