Qdoba Mexican Eats

I was there at 4PM yesterday. Maybe that's shift change, I don't know. There was in excess of 6 people "working". One was filling an order, one was waiting to check out the customer in front of me. A bearded clown in the kitchen was doing a lot of yelling, both to the people in front, and to others just milling around in the food prep area. When the yelling subsided I assumed his shift was over, but, that wasn't the case. He and two others were smoking while standing in the back doorway. Smoke was wafting throughout the restaurant. Everyone was wearing gloves, two were wearing masks properly. The food was good, it always is, but the lack of any sort of professionalism overshadowed the food. I am not confident any food prep rules and/or guidelines were followed. Maybe some of them weren't employees, but they were behind the counter. It was more like a hangout that a place of business. I will avoid this place in the future.

Would not recommend this QDOBA resturant. Not much rice in bowl, too many beans, the vegetables tasted like they had been stewing for a long time. The bowl contents were lukewarm and the steak was very tough. Half the servers were crabby and had an attitude. Definitely not worth visiting this location.

We were having an office meeting and wanted to order a couple family size orders to eat while at staff. No online ordering. What we needed could only be ordered online! We called to place the order over the phone. No exceptions, that can only be placed as an on line order. Based on other comments, this is an ongoing problem. Get it fixed!

Went there and it was busy which is understandable but they told us to wait 5 minutes for steak which is also just fine but we ended up waiting 30 minutes for steak and the cashier was very rude, we asked kindly how long the steak will take and she said she does not know the answer. I’m usually very understanding and understand a lot of places short staffed right now but to have terrible customer service and to be there for almost a hour in all between the line, waiting for the steak and eating just wasn’t satisfying… will not be returning
