Mcdonald's

I frequent here via Doordash and as a customer. I have to say the employees here work very hard and do a high quality job - especially in this horrid post pandemic world. Today an order was made wrong and it was fixed before I even said anything. They are sharp. I worked in the food buis for 10yrs and everyone makes mistakes, even managers, catching your mistakes or others mistakes ahead of time is what it's all about. They have a prevention radar going off here. Good to see. Also the well aged man 🤠 who helps out in the neon vest is wonderful!! Very sharp and intuitive, very helpful. Keep up the great work everybody!!

Fries are ALWAYS cold, sodas are made well in advance of order therefor the ice is melted and drink is watered down. Customer service is argumentative rather than helpful. The dining room is absolutely filthy most of the time. Drink center is a total mess and filthy. 9/10 times there is a dirty towel laying by the soda machines. Otherwise I enjoy the meal

Manager was extremely rude and snatched the receipt out of my hand because she refunded me for 1 drink instead of 3. She then yelled at her associate to “handle us” before throwing a tantrum like a child. Over an $8 inconvenience. Everyone that approached us was extremely rude and disrespectful. Place would be better off as zoo because well, that’s what it felt like being in there. except the “animals” were rude and judgemental. not to mention that the food is thrown together & you to worry your food got spit on. DONT EAT HERE.
