Whose idea at sonic was it to change their hamburger? The super sonic with cheese used to be one of the best. The bun is totally different the meat is totally different it taste really bad. Went through the drive-through and said two times I need mustard for my corn dogs. Drove away and guess what no mustard. The car hop was very sweet and did a great job. Too bad sonic decided to change their menu for the worst. Wont be back.
I would like to reply to Sonic Corp for their comment about my review... I doubt very seriously it was the franchise owner's decision to totally change the way your hamburgers are made. I am sure it was a decision from the top to make cost cutting short cuts. Your burger was one of my favorites, along with Whataburger. You changed yours, they did not.

I'm highly disappointed in the quality of my food I received. I won't describe the chili cheese dog I received. I'll let you see the pictures. I had driven off before I took the first bite. It was unnoticeable underneath all the toppings. I immediately turned around took it back. The manager can out she made it right. She refunded my money then gave me 2 freshly cooked corn dogs. Tell me if you would eat that hot dog. This is the first bad experience I've had at this particular Sonic.

There was a time where I enjoyed going to Sonic but times have changed. Today I had to pull into 3 different stalls to get a working screen to order from. I ordered a couple of Sonic Blasts and it took around 10 minutes for them to bring them out. The wait isn't the problem, the problem is that the Blasts were melted and were obviously sitting out for a majority of the 10 minutes it took for them to bring them to me. The Blasts were so melted that the lid came off when I grabbed the cup because there was no firmness at all to the ice cream. Now I have crumbled Reese Peanut Butter cups all over the floor in my car. If you're going to wait 10 minutes to bring me my blast, then wait to make it until a couple minutes before then. This is the last time I'm going to Sonic.

We ordered three bacon cheeseburgers only ketchup and two footlong hot dogs all the way this way it would be a very simple order that could not be messed up.... Our order was repeated back to us three bacon cheeseburgers only ketchup and two footlongs.... We received two bacon burgers and two foot logs leaving an entire child in our backseat without any food whatsoever even though it was ordered and repeated back... When we contacted the speaker they had to do an additional order and which all of our food got cold and we were charging additional $10 for the additional burger which was already on the original receipt so as you can imagine... I would rather go to any other Sonic or maybe never

Pulled up, first spot I went into the screen didnt work. ( No Note of Out of Order was left) Overall we just ordered shakes they came out quick, tasted delicious. One of the cups was smashed pn the bottom. The Expidator went and quickly got a new shake made. 🙌

Go to get slashes about 4-5 times a week. Very inconsistent, like not stirred. Tastes like slush due to not enough flavoring. Or you don't get the cherry and the lime that come with the chery limeade slush.

Very fast service and the car hop was very friendly. Definitely will be coming back for the happy hour specials

Brought my food kinda cold but was so nice to replace it at five minutes before closing hassle free thank you Sonic !
