It's kind of funny how surprised people seem these days when you actually go to the counter to place an order with a human being. That said, the employees here are always very kind to us and make sure they get our order correct. It is great to be back to dining in with my kids!

The customer service was good and the food was decent. It wasn't the best McDonald's I've been too and it wasn't the worst. But I would say the people there made it a better experience than most.

They have all of their lights off and open sign off even though its 9 PM. Google says their open till 11 and people are inside. The employees have before turned off the outdoor lights so that no one gets in line so that they don't have to do their job. They're getting paid and doing nothing.

This may be the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. Seriously, we sat for ever in the drive through because they had the doors locked and a sign thay said drive through only but were letting certain people in anyway. I guess they're allowed to pick and choose. The food was cold once we got it but I couldn't complain because the guy shut the window in our faces after handing us the food. The tea was literally sugar water. I had to toss it out. For an establishment in a high traffic, tourist area, this store should be ashamed. If I were the manager or owner I'd fire them all and start over.

I completed a mobile order for inside pick up. When I arrived the doors were locked and took a few mins for someone to open. Then once I got my order brought to the car I was missing a fry. I told 2 employees and was brought out warm unsalted fries.

Had to go around 3 times because their machine didn't process my mobile order then they got my order wrong. Also, the last time I was here I got yelled at by an employee when I was placing my order then he shoved my order at me (I recognized his voice.) Never want to eat here again

They were rude and fail to give me total order. Also, the manager was the cashier and did not offer me the specials for what I order. I was very disappointed in the service.

Please someone explain the point of mobile ordering if you have to wait 20 min. In the drive thru because the lobby is closed all the while the food is sitting and getting cold. Understaffing fine I get it put a sign up lobby open for mobile pick up only. That or just turn off mobile ordering because it's pointless when you have to wait in line with everyone who is ordering anyways.
