Wendy's

Order was almost totally wrong and missing stuff. Couldn't take back because we were in middle of softball tournament and only chance to eat. Called later that day but was already home (40 miles). I just wanted to get reimbursed for the difference and what I didn't get ~$5 even if it was a gift card. Was told they don't do that. So WE don't plan on ever coming back or suggesting Wendy's and we do tournaments there all the time. 😖

I normally like Wendy's but this Wendy's was very disappointing! The guy at the drive thru window was extremely unprofessional (even with the manager standing right next to him). The fries tasted like they had been out for hours. Were cold and just disgusting tbh. And after experiencing the service I chose not to complain to the manager to avoid any type of confrontation. Did not seem like they cared about their job nor did they take any pride in what they were doing. This store may need some upper management to help them get their stuff together. Unfortunately, I will never be returning to find out

Only one of three kiosks for dine in were working, which they forced you to use in lieu of cashier entry. Ordered an iced coffee from the kiosk, but they don't sell that here. My wife had some customizations on her chicken sandwich which were ignored (including adding bacon which was for an added fee). They could not modify the kiosk orders, nor could they give you a receipt or refund. Overall, this is among the worst ten restaurants I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.
