My boyfriend and I came here to get me an iced white chocolate mocha. I realized after that it had 225mg and I’m pregnant so I can’t have that much caffeine. We went back to see if they could do anything as far as exchanging the drink, they were extremely nice and were able to change my drink. Once I received my drink I saw that they wrote this sweet note on the cup!! ♥️ I would absolutely recommend coming to this Starbucks you’ll be taken care of!!! Thank you to the employees who wrote the lovely note ☺️

Today I had an awful experience. I pulled to the drive through at 6:44am. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. I asked for the caramel to be at the bottom of the cup rather than the sides. When I got to the window, the young lady with the beige hat was very rude. She said $4.76 and here’s your straw. No good morning or anything. I let that slide bc maybe she wasn’t a morning person. She gave me my Frappuccino and there was no caramel at the bottom of the cup. It was around the sides. I ask for caramel at the bottom of the cup bc who can taste the extra caramel stuck to the sides. After all I paid for extra caramel. I let the lady know and she closed the window on me. How rude! Luckily I had to get to work bc I would have gave her a piece of my mind. I don’t want a refund. However, I suggest management get this person from the window. She does not provide good customer service. Please play back your cameras to see this encounter. I will be reporting to corporate.

So I ordered me and my fiancé both a caramel Frappuccino. And this is what we got. Super disappointed, none of the managers were willing to take care of the problem. Called the store later in the afternoon and they still didn’t want to take care of the mistake and make it right. Won’t be coming back to this store location again.

We stopped to a few drinks for the family. We ordered 2 java chip frappacinos and 2 others. They were out of Java chips. The lady in the drive through offered an alternative and we happily accepted. Thank you for not just saying we're out and leaving it at that.

So good here! Great customer service. Only thing is that they tend to run out of the bakery items frequently (But I guess that means it must be really good) anyways I recommend coming here.😝 oops I recommend getting the pumpkin loaf that’s my favorite bakery item!

Visited on 12/13/2021 @ 11:06AM. Tried to order a Cafe Mocha. Barrista told me they have NO HOT Drinks available. What? Wife tried to order hot chocolate. Nope. Seems their ONE "Steamer" machine broke down and the ENTIRE Hot coffee menu was offline and down. No coffee, no hot chocolate, no expresso. Seriously, Starbucks only has ONE Steamer machine??? That's a single point of failure. Yet, they have 2 Iced Tea machines, 9 egg machines, multiple other machines but only ONE Steamer for all those custom coffee orders. That's a huge lose of revenue and bad PR. Hey Starbucks, put in redundant Important systems, like Steamers so that this never happens again. What a concept. Doubt if we will return. BTW, the tables were filthy as no one was cleaning any tables between customers, the trash cans were overflowing and the returned trays were stacks 15+ high! There's your sign.
