We visited this cozy, little establishment for an anniversary lunch while visiting Williamsburg. I have to admit that it was a great visit. Even though we had to eat in the car (COVID-19 restrictions 🤬) we made the most out of the experience. The food was amazing and the young lady that helped with the watermelon tattoo (can't remember her name) was very nice. Definitely a jewel place to eat for vegetarians. The next time we are in the area, we are GETTING that vegan lasagna!

Ate here for the first time today. Place is small, easy to walk past but DON'T. Sandwich was out if this world good. Ginger lemonade to wash it down, a winner.

Unimpressed with my overall experience with this cafe. For what I received I thought the meal was overpriced. To begin, someone in my party ordered the Just a Salad. When the salad was served the cucumbers, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds were missing from the dish. It is disappointing to receive a salad composed of mixed greens, carrots, and mushrooms. The lady taking the order said they ran out of cucumbers and tomatoes, but she failed to address there was no sunflower seeds. They must have forgotten. Moving on, I ordered the burger sandwich that was quite distasteful. It seemed as if the chef threw the ingredients in-between two slices of bread. The bread was clearly stale, the patty was cold, and the bed of greens was missing. This brings me to the next issue with this experience. The ordering process was unorganized. There was a mix-up and it took about a half-hour for my sandwich to be made. I eventually had to walk in and remind the staff that I ordered the item. I wonder if this was part of the reason my sandwich was so unpleasant. This could have been avoided if a simple system was put in place to track orders. The only positive thing that came from this experience was another party member and I ordered the berry spice and lemon ginger kombuchas which were enjoyable.

Outstanding fare in a postcard worthy setting. What a great place had to share. Worth the trip from far away, also this part of Virgina is so pretty. Best vegan offerings anywhere in this part of the state, super interesting menu, great staff, 💯

Some of the food we got was very good and some of it was bland, hence the 3 stars. The avocado toast was very tasty. The ham and cheese sandwich was good but had a strange schmear of something that did not quite go with the rest of the sandwich. The grain bowl with pickled veggies was a disappointment. The flavors were not integrated and there was no dressing, so the whole bottom half was mostly dry lettuce and quinoa.
It was nice that they had some outdoor seating. Service was very friendly.

This place has amazing food and incredible service. It’s the best place for coffee and breakfast fare downtown. Also everyone who works there is super nice and helpful.

I had the tofu scramble with avocado and potatoes this morning, and it was really delicious! Friendly service. The kombucha was good but pretty mildly flavored. Maybe I’m just used to my extra tart home brew. Google said they were closed, but I was happy to find them open for breakfast after all!
