Wanted a chicken sandwich 🥪. But was going through at 8 am.. They opened at 10 am. Do the survey off of the receipt and get a buy one get one chicken sandwich 🥪.. Best out of all fast food joints.. Can do it everyday.. McDonalds and Burger King make you wait like 14 days or a month

We just came though town and didn’t have much time so went through the drive thru. Sherrie took our order and we were so impressed with how very friendly she was!! Our order was fast and The food was great !!!!

Pulled into the drive through. After 17 minutes of waiting for the 1 (one car ahead of me to order it was finally my turn to order. I was told they were out of what I ordered. By then I was blocked in for an additional 15 minutes.
Why no sign before the drive through.

This place needs to be shut down. It has so many health violations and a worker dished mashed potatoes and gravy after handling money with no gloves on. It was disgusting!! You can do better than this.

Wow this was bad.
They were out of chicken and soda.
On the TBell side they were out of chips.
On the KFC side I ordered mac n cheese, biscuits and gravy.
I got 3 co trainers of corn and a spicy chicken sandwich which was weird since they claimed they had no chicken.....
This was the worst period ever fast food experience I've ever had.
Just close down.

If I could post a negative star review I would. We sat at the drive through speaker for a couple minutes with no answer. Decided to pull to window and there were two employees on the machine at the window however neither one of them opened the window. I can understand technical difficulties but at least tell the customer. They were open (hours were 10am open). This is unsatisfactory customer service!!

They had me wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes to order even though there was no one in front of me. At the window they didn't give me one of my drinks, got the order wrong, and added their "donation to KFC foundation" without even asking me if I wanted to donate my money. I would not waste your time or money at this place.

Dined in. . Fast service . . Just that the tables were not clean. . About 5 min in the lady came to clean tables so looks like they clean up after all. . Drive through line was super long. . Gd thing we ate in.
