Burger King

I stopped by at 11pm on a Wednesday, was made to wait for 8 minutes in the drive through just for the girl to take my order when there was not a single other customer around. The screen does not work for me to see my meals, there was trash on the floor everywhere. I was told there was no cheese because enough was not ordered. On top of that I was not offered my receipt to be able to complete a proper review. And my food, although the ingredients were correct, was 100% cold. They could have the decency to keep the warmers on for paying customers.

Best BK I’ve ever been too. Late night stop, greeted, helped and served. Could hear the speaker, the food was hot, fresh and well made (seriously the burger looked like it came off a commercial). Think it was Chris who helped us and my wife and I were left very happy. Will make us choose BK over McDs for the rest of our road trip!

Upon arriving at the drive-thru speaker, I was greeted with an up-front warning that I would have to pay either with exact change, or card. This by itself would not be a big deal. I attempted to order a frozen Coke, and was informed that the machine has been broken for about 2 years. 2 YEARS? This demonstrates a real lack of caring on the part of management/ownership. If they don’t care enough to fix a machine for that long, then I’m concerned about other potential issues (do they care if it’s clean, etc?).
