This shop needs to get it together! My mobile order has 2 of the 4 drinks wrong. Bought a dozen donuts and asked for at least one maple. Got home, no maple. Charged me extra for coconut milk (I'm vegan) gave me cow milk instead. Totally frustrating, would not recommend, nor will I go back. The whole atmosphere felt like no one had a clue what they were doing.

This place has the worst customer service, they can never say “have a good day” they just hand you your stuff and walk away like what? That’s not how that’s suppose to go. And they never get my order right there’s always something wrong with my drink they forget the most basic things I swear. There just all plain rude and don’t care about anyone but themselves.

I wont bother coming back to this Dr. Fauci worshiping establishment. Perhaps they should place a Fauci statue at the counter for all the compliant customers to worship with offerings, such as symbols of the American freedoms they are so quick to give up? With supposed Omicron cases dropping, this store imposes a mask mandate now? I haven’t been asked to wear a mask at the Murrieta DD store, Rise to Grind, City Local, or even Starbucks, since when…2020? Yep, me and several other folks I know are over the paranoia and compliance with unconstitutional mandates instituted by control loving, socialist politicians, who don’t obey, or take their own mandates seriously. While I ultimately support the right of this franchisee to conduct business as they wish, and don’t support cancel culture at large (part of our problems in today’s America), I know people are starting to vote with their wallets. I personally, will no longer support businesses which help expedite the breaking down of our personal liberties. The control mongering socialist already admitted these masks are ineffective on the record, so they aren’t serious about any of this, and we should know from history, where continued compliance with unwarranted mandates leads a people. I will not risk being a part of it.
