Such a great welcome. Food exceptional and reasonably priced. Great Halloween atmosphere. Car park a little small during works to extend the premises.

Phenomenal staff! On leaving late in the dark and wet I had a flat tyre. I'm a retired woman and a blue disabled badge holder. The hospitality and kindness they extended me were above and beyond. Lovely atmosphere and food good. I will be back.

Called in with the family for a drink. Very friendly welcome and lovely drinks. Sat outside in the extensive, mostly covered, garden. They have just started a new extension to provide over 50 more covers but this doesn,t effect the pub in any way.

Haven't been here for a while... but the food and the service were great..the lunch options we chose are not listed on here , the beef burger and spicy chicken burger were yummy and my dad loved the sausage and mash! having lots of renovations atm which is why 4 stars on atmosphere!

Lovely old pub (one of very few still standing and in action).
Local pub to us. Great go to if you need a catch up with friends ormore of an occasion eg Birthday.
Outside space including patio and garden

Vegan options which I'm thankful for, however I would like to see a wider range of choice.
Normally order the burger and chips which is cooked accomadatingly to dietary requirements. ( separate friers etc).

Lovely little pub I have drove past many times and wondered what it was like inside, I visited the pub for lunch with my friend yesterday,the food was nice,the staff were lovely,I will be visiting again, there also dog friendly inside in certain areas of the pub,so thats a big bonus for me,they also have a nice garden area.

Lovely pub. Didn’t eat on this occasion but have eaten here before and the food is lovely. Fab garden area and marque to the back. Great for kids plus Moretti on draft, what more could you want!

Great little pub. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Dog friendly.
Good selection of drinks and menu choices. I only wanted a light bite, so opted for just a starter and dessert. Unfortunately, the starter was sold out, so jumped straight into dessert! The menu is what I consider proper high level pub food. Not your Wetherspoons type.
Noticed a sign for a regular quiz night and live music.
Will undoubtedly pop back in the future.
