Why can’t companies hire people that are decent at their job? I pull up to the drive thru, give my order and asked if they had sweet tea. The guy didn’t confirm so I asked again not sure. Responded with an attitude and was just disrespectful. Like cmon, customer service is A basic skill. So I ended up just leaving. Not worth the money if you can’t respect your customers.

I went in to pick up an online order, and the guy up front ignored me but signaled to his coworker. She yelled at me that the lobby was closed. Even though the door was unlocked and there was no sign indicating that the lobby was closed. I told her I was just going to pick up an order, and another woman said "you need to go to the drive-thru" which makes no sense because I was already inside. It was just weird and unprofessional. I ended up not taking the order. How hard is it to put up a sign, or just be a little more professional?

The professionalism is clear as night and day, at night the management and employees do not care about your order they lie when they dont want to make it and wont compensate it. Where as the management in the morning and the employees do care, they will fix the mistakes right then and there. I would give it 5 stars if they fix night time management
