Absolutely the most disrespectful and rude employees. I was picking up for UberEats, and properly rang the bell on the side of the building, mind you, in 12° weather, and was immediately looked at, laughed at, and IGNORED by 2 employees eating at a table RIGHT NEXT to the door where delivery drivers pick up. I understand completely, being on break, I used to work for a few different food service providers, as a server and bartender...I know a break is always looked forward to....BUT, letting me stand there STARING at them, and ringing the bell AGAIN, .....finally another employee came to the door and told me it wasn't ready yet. I had to go back in my car, wait until I saw a few delivery bags come out, and then went up AGAIN to get the delivery, all with NO semblance of care, professional service, or apology. If we are delivering your product to an already paying customer, why keep the restaurant locked, and allow us to at least be treated with kindness and respect? Or even allow pick up in the drive through?

Not sure if the masks are making them not hear correctly but said the order 2xs..clearly. I only ordered 2- 4pc tender & fries combo..asked for 1 box spicy & 1 box original..got 1 piece of spicy & looks like an oil fest! Smfh. Xtra Small tenders too. 2nd time I had an issue with this location..definitely not giving them $ amymore!😣

Drive through was the only available option which is fine. I thought a coleslaw was included in my family meal which confirming my order at the window it wasnt. Still not a problem. The issue is they refused to add it to my order or ring a new order and said i had to circle the building to get back into an already long line and let my food i just paid $60 for get cold. Thats just bad service.

You could tell the chicken and mashed potatoes were out for quite some time.. past their time. The gravy was nothing more than flavored water. No clue WTH has happened over there in the last few months but it's gone down hill. Looks like We'll be going from eating KFC twice a year to never again. Disgusting
