Folklore Coffee Whitefish

This was such a sweet spot. It was not missed by me that during my visit songs were played exclusively from Taylor Swift's Folklore. I ordered their special the "dreamsicle" it was one of those espresso and club soda cocktails that have become very popular this past year. It was pretty tasty, but not my favorite. That's nothing against the coffee shop, because they made the drink so well and they have a great atmosphere! Everyone in the shop was enjoying themselves!

I have been here a few times. The expresso drinks are the best you will find in downtown Whitefish. Coffee is not bitter like their competition. That said, I hope their baristas continue to improve. The space itself is appealing and decorated well. However, I it would be nice if it wasn't such a hard space. For example, the chairs are all metal. There is also wooden bench seating. There is one comfortable place to sit, which is a sofa. Someday we'll get a more Italian themed coffee house in Whitefish where one can sit comfortably for and extended period of time, while of course buying multiple cups of coffee.

Went to visit the shop with some friends after it was apparently remodeled recently. They mentioned that the layout was a lot more comfortable, but the music was still a little bit soft. We stayed and talked for a while but it still seemed a little too quiet in there to have much of a conversation if you didn't want other people to be listening in all the time. As for the coffee, everything we got was fantastic! Our lattes, cappuccinos, and drip coffee were all very tasty. I forget the barista's name but he was very friendly and extremely good at his job, quality latte art included. The only thing that was worth noting for me was that I wish that the drip coffee was a little bit hotter, but because it wasn't so hot I was able to taste a lot more of those subtle fruity notes which I also appreciated.
