Mcdonald's

I never eat fast food anywhere. This location just came to me as it's close to my building. I decided to pick up some food for the guys who work in our garage. I didn't know what to order so the Manager got impatient and took the next person. Ok. I then got the food quick. The place was scary dark and dirty. There was a guy on my way out who asked me to get some food for him. The guys were thankful for the food and the thought. Will never ever go to to this place again. Gave two stars because the food came quickly.

good food, but the service sucks. kids are wandering around with no parents and the workers are walking around on their phones and not helping them go back to their parents. i would never come back here. i literally witnessed a kid climb up on to a display car, and a worker didn’t even do anything she just walked past on her phone.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve EVER been in. It smells like stale beer and piss. I had to use the bathroom before I tried ordering my food. I feel like I needed a tetanus shot after. The servers are dirty and nasty. Health department violations all over. As Gordon Ramsay would say, SHUT IT DOWN. If I was homeless I wouldn’t even take food from there. Atrocious

I normally do not have any problems at this location. But today was not their best customer service. They forgot my order of fries and when i told them about it, one of the workers didnt even respond. I stood their hoping she would get them and she did not, then i asked another worker and she made them for me. But then i realized they forgot my bbq sauce. Today was not good service, however it is located close to me and the food is always good and hot.

I went to McDonald’s inside the White Plains mall in the galleria and all I asked for was a few ketchup packets. The cashier I ask the ketchup for, went to her African American co worker and asked her to get it for me. The two then proceeded to giggle and argue about who would get it for me. Never have I seen such childish behavior in such an establishment. To be honest, they don’t come across as the brightest individuals in there. They should be fired.
