Sunset Grill

Food: Ordered the sunset super with bacon and sausages with an extra serving, bacon cooked to crispy but not overcooked perfection. Pancakes were nice an fluffy as usual with every Sunset Grill I've visited. Eggs ordered scrambled well done and came exactly as ordered. Service: Server Shelley was great and very attentive, made sure I had everything I needed from keeping my coffee topped up to even bringing me water before I asked for it (i think she noticed how fast I was eating). Having to go to work on a Saturday morning sucks and eating here beforehand made my day start off better.

Last time I went, their phone was busy for over an hour so I couldn't call ahead, and then some of the food they served me was moldy. Phone was still busy when I tried to call back to ask for a refund, so I ended up throwing it out. I tried reaching out to their corporate email to get it resolved and they did nothing but tell me to call the store owner after waiting 15 days for a response. I just wanted a refund for the $18 breakfast that was moldy. Apparently Sunset Grill doesn't do that.

Before going in, I said to my husband, "I hope they're good" My husband answered with, "how do you screw up breakfast?" By serving scrambled eggs that felt like chewing rubber, cold undercooked home fries, hard bacon and overcooked pancakes. The lady who served us was great and helpful. I wish I knew her name. She gets the 2 stars. The place was cramped and could use less tables. I sat sideways in my seat because the table next me was so close, I was pretty much shoulder to shoulder with a random lady. Trying to exit my seat, there was no possible way to not touch the table next to me. I could go on. I won't. I would not go back or recommend.

This location is horrible. I went to eat breakfast alone and I made one simple complaint about my eggs not being the way I like and some man started telling me that it’s how everyone eats them, when I told him I’m not everyone and I just want it to be cooked a little bit longer he just snatched the plate from me and told me I’m not allowed to eat anymore and I have to leave. I was shocked, obviously I didn’t pay because I wasn’t allowed to eat. Long story short never again will I go to any location not just this one. I’ve never been disrespected like that before.

First time here and the food was not good at all. The home fries were terrible, saugy, bland and some undercooked others overcooked. The plating was not very appealing.. no fruit! They don't have smoothies.. which doesn't make sense to me. We came with 3 kids there were not even spoons provided to us.. overall is not worth the money.. even the hollandaise sauce is clearly not house made. Staff was not friendly, took a while to get sit just because there was no coordination amongst them and they don't even talk to you to let you know what's going on ... really disappointed!
