Mcdonald's

I really love this place! This is my first time to come here and it was yesterday and I can say already that I would like to go here again. I am really impressed to all of their offers. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich, fries, fish fillet, and chicken nuggets. Definitely recommending those! I also love their service, very immaculate, their staff are friendly, accommodating, cooperative, kind, professional and patient which is all a great thing. they would talk to you properly and help you with their menu and even regarding about the place. Love their size portion, just the perfect deal to satisfy your cravings. Definitely would like to go here again if ever I had my free time. neat place, accommodating people, and high quality foods. This is for the McDonald's on Lake-Cook Rd. In Wheeling. Not the one on Dundee. This place was very friendly but very dirty and sticky. I could tell that one of the managers knew I was upset and taking pictures. The garbage was over over flowing, there was a dirty rag on the front counter.I was really disappointed because it seems that this Mcdonalds has really gone down hill. Someone please give them a clue on how to clean up.

I drove the extra 2 miles to try this McDonald's, but this McDonald's is just as bad as the Prospect Heights one. I waited 20 minutes for the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. When I removed the top bun of sandwich, there was a small spread of the spicy sauce just in the center. The sandwich wasn't even spicy. Suburban McDonald's are super slow. I really wish they pushed out better food and at a faster pace too.
