Dunkin'

Rating 1 star was the only way google would allow me to rate this atrocious location. I lived nearby this Dunkin’ and gave it probably 5 chances purely out of convenience but every single time I was disappointed on so many levels. #1 customer service is nonexistent and wish I could just enter my orders through a robot in the drive thru. #2 they have literally told me they ran out of all creamer dairy and non-dairy. Seems like an item you want to keep on the inventory list. #3 they presented me with this gem of a bagel “with” cream cheese. I actually drove to a grocery store and picked up cream cheese to finish the job Dunkin never started. Please, everybody do yourself a favor and drive to the gas station nearby, it will seem like paradise compared to this.

I thought I got lucky in the drive thru with no wait time. But it turns out all the locals stay away from this location. The latte I ordered was rancid. It was absolutely disgusting. The espresso was awful just thinking back to it I want to throw up. I also wanted to order a frozen hot chocolate but they claimed the machine was down. There were two punk kids working. One who didn't even speak English or wearing gloves. His nails were overgrown and filthy. I called back for a refund after tasting my latte and they said they didn't know how to and to call back tomorrow when a manager was present. Stay away from this location. It is atrocious.

Wrong orders. Pathetic ability to serve. Last two orders... Plain Toasted Bagel with Cream Cheese and a Medium Black Iced Tea. First visit wasn't given the cream cheese Today I was presented a hot coffee. Repeated my order again. She walked away and brought back another hot drink. Repeated my order again and drove away with no iced tea. Won't be back

There are lots of factors that go into a review. While the coffee was good and my order was correct, the customer service knocked this experience to 2 stars and I feel I’m being generous. I have the Dunkin’ app and it’s on auto reload so I always have adequate money to purchase coffee. Happy Hour on 12/26 and I order a medium iced coffee, I am told I don’t have enough points for a free cup and there isn’t enough money for the $2.22. I say that can’t be but she refuses to check or do anything about it. My purse is in the trunk and I’m too close to the building so I drive out, get my purse, give her my credit card, get my coffee and leave. I stop in the parking lot to check and sure enough, I have $40.20 on the card. Was it a credit card scam? Incompetence? All I know is, I won’t be back!!!

This place is horrible. After 50 minutes of waiting we still hadn't received our whole order, after nudging and nudging the employees there it began to become very annoying and aggravating. The employees would ignore you if you tried to talk to them about their mess ups to fix it. They have no bread but instead of telling us they just don't put it in our order. The employees are ignorant, and don't care for their customers. I will never be coming back to this specific location, and neither will the guests I brought there for breakfast. This is an embarrassment to the whole Dunkin Donuts franchise.
