Food was great, but the service didn't meet our expectation. So dropping two stars due to the service. Couple things to note: 1) Straws wasn't wrapped at all, server just grabbed a few from the bar with his bare hands. 2) We weren't offered individual plates for the Oil (For the bread), we have to ask a couple times to get our individual plates.

From the food to the service to the convenience of the location (inside the Westin hotel) this was a 5 star experience for the price. Excellent value and professional and attentive service. The pastas and the bread were made to order and fit perfectly in the american palate. If you’re in the Westin or nearby, this is a lovely spot to get some Italian-american pasta.

Went here for the Sunday brunch with Santa. Great brunch food but noted that the dessert selection could have been better as they only had breakfast pastries, cookies and chocolate mini cups. It would be nice to have tiramisu, some small dainty cake slices and chocolate-covered strawberries like in the past. Service could be more attentive, as well. We had to get our own silverware as no one was minding us for awhile. The man in the carving station was friendly and helpful. It was about $80 for 2 ppl.

Looking for the best brunch there is it's here on The Price is Right and the food is fantastic and the staff professional if you don't put this on your list and Tony too I don't know what to tell you one of the biggest mistakes you make take a look at the pictures and you'll know what I'm talking about forget about allgauer's and make this your number 1 brunch place

Stayed at the Westin and it was convenient to have dinner here although I was disappointed to see that they close the kitchen at 9pm which is pretty early for a restaurant connected to a busy hotel. GRILLED CALAMARI $16.95 (RINGS ONLY) balsamic, arugula *first time I've ever seen rings only on a menu so we had to order this of course and this was the best part of the entire meal, the balsamic added a nice depth of sweetness and the arugula added bitter to balance the dish CLASSIC FENNEL SAUSAGE 12" ROMAN-STYLE PIZZA $14.95 *I'm a big fan of roman style pizza because the crust is so airy and crispy, I also love fennel, I do wish the pizza was a little more cheesy BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB $28.95 parmesan-mashed potatoes, heirloom carrots *reminded me of pot roast but was disappointed that I did not get parmesan mashed potatoes but rather roasted potatoes and they were undercooked, the short rib was a huge portion, very meaty and very fatty, didn't finish the dish the portion was crazy big for one person CHOCOLATE MASCARPONE PIE $7.95 *I saw a lot of photos of this particular dessert on Yelp so I had high expectations and this fell short, the flavor was just meh, would not recommend this SERVICE/AMBIANCE: Our server seemed to be overwhelmed most of the evening, long periods of no service but this seems to be the norm everywhere from the pandemic, atmosphere was nice but they started flashing lights at 10pm so we felt rushed to leave

Beautiful Italian restaurant! Ambience and quality of the food was outstanding. We tried the sausage/peppers, and beef meatball appetizers. The Italian sausage and meatball were delicious and super tender, almost melt in mouth. We also tried the white pizza that includes mushrooms and truffles. It's was outstanding and the crust was perfectly soft and crispy. ( we brought the pizza leftovers home & my 20 year old son said it was one of the best pizzas he has ever had!) The only complaint I have is that the service could have been better. Our server could have been more attentive. Service could improve for sure, but the food was so delicious that we can overlook that. I will be back to try more menu items. There are so many items I want to try.
