Met friends for an early lunch. Busy place and like most places short on staff but the friendliness of the staff made up for a short wait. Once ordered, maybe 5-7 minute wait so NBD! I've always loved their tuna salad and ordered it No Bread and it had the onions, tomatoes and greens...so good! Friends ordered cobb salad no chicken and subbed avocado. Also delish. Coffee was decent!! Staff cleaned tables as they turned. Recommend this Panera!

Nice spot for lunch, the gentleman who was talking my order (Bill) is the perfect definition of great customer service. Very pleasant, patient and attentive. My order was long and difficult and he made sure it was all right and was very nice about it.

We visited the Wheaton Panera at it’s new location this morning. It was a great experience. Our cashier, Erica, was so pleasant and helpful. It started our day off right. The atmosphere was good and the staff were very nice. We will go back.

Last weekend we went thru the drive thru. When we got home we had no chicken in the strawberry poppy salad. I called and Gus took care of us — it was too late in the evening to run back — Gus made a note and we went in the following weekend — Gus was there and made it right — replacing both salads. Thank you.

On a Delivery order, the driver said my drink was not with my order so he didn't bring one. WHAT? Panera has to figure that out! You don't charge $4 for a drink but the Customer doesn't GET IT! I don't have a car today ~ relied on PANERA and should not have.

Everything's great. My favorites are the soup bread bowls, bagels, and sandwiches. Thank everyone here at your Danada Panera Bread for making my first visit a perfect one👍👍

The bagels, the muffins, are extra and delicious. The staffs are helpful and friendly. And make it to the top is their free flow of coffee. Try Hazelnut coffee with cinnamon powder on it.
And you can stay for hours, talking, or even enjoy the ambience. Highly recommended.
