My favorite Dunkin’ spot by far. There is a young man who usually takes the orders, he’s got the best customer service skills. Super nice guy, sorry I didn’t catch his name.
Also my orders are full filled quickly and accurately, testament to the rest of the team being great too!
Hope someone there sees this, you guys do make a difference to your customers even if you may not know it. Your vibe and attitude alone can set the tone for your customers day.
