Best coffee in town great friendly staff unfortunately service is sometimes dreadfull 2 staff 1 cooking food is common 10 mins plus waiting time it's not there fault the area manager should get his or her act together or be replaced by someone who can do the job

I like clean cafe. A cup of latte is fine to make you relax after long journey. Welcoming staff and good service. Good clean toilets. Seating on two floors and outside too. Good location located in high street.

They were about to close and packing up all the seating outside so we had to sit inside. It was all ok and friendly we bought tho.

Very friendly and accommodating staff great recharging place for a coffee or snack. Visited the local store was somewhat disappointed with the ambience as the store is probably due for a refurbishment. Toilets very clean staff amazingly helpful.
Visited again recently, but will probably not visit again. Coffee was not as hot as I would like, sweeter than I would desire and the ambiance is as advised earlier, quite tired, other coffee venue options are available locally so will probably use them instead.

Good coffee served as I like it by lovely helpful staff. However, the toilet very disappointing! The sink looks as if it’s never been cleaned with brown gungy dirt all round the taps. The floor and walls need a good scrub as does the toilet. Do the staff who periodically sign the
Inspection sheet on the wall need to go to Specsavers? I might add photos later!

A large Caffe Nero's with indoor seating upstairs & down as well as outside, which is perfect for people who like a smoke with their beverage.
They sell a good variety of coffees as well as teas, hot chocolate plus cold drinks like fruit boosters, milkshakes, frappes, a good choice of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, Ciabatta & Panini's, soups & salads, plus the staff are friendly who serve you as i had a large cappuccino with an extra shot, nice taste but not as warm as I could of hoped for, as it was freezing outside.
