Lovely place, food was fantastic! We ate here as a family on bank Holiday weekend, staff very friendly. Also catered well for me as a gluten and dairy free person. My kids had pizza and lasagne which they loved. Highly recommend!

Went in today with the family, pizza, brownie and ham and cheese is what we order and we loved every bit. Nice environment inside and lovely staff with top class service. Highly recommended.

I'll cut to the chase. This is the best pizza I've ever eaten in the UK; I live in Italy so eat quite a lot of pizza. Proper pizza oven, very friendly staff and owner.
Unfortunately at the moment no late opening other than Fridays and Saturdays until 8.00pm. Owner is great with kids so a good place for an early supper at weekends.

Derek does a great breakfast with all the Trimmings lovely hot tea. And Kinga tube waitress is a fabulous server and always looks after her customers will be back after the lockdown..keep

I don't even like Pizza, but I'll still come here for,
1/ Other aspects of the menu (breakfast) and a bespoke coffee, made the way I like it and in a mug (cups are available)
2/ The friendly professional service of both owner and staff.

I've been working in the area for a few weeks and walked past Cafe One without noticing it - probably because of the tables outside occupied by smokers. Yesterday I was early (smokers were still in bed I guess) so I noticed the place and took a punt on it for breakfast. What a fabulous surprise. 1. The service was quick. 2. The food was of a very high quality and very delicious, and finally the servers were friendly, unintrusive and helpful.
Would be 5* but for my loathing of smokers being allowed to do so anywhere near where I'm eating 🤷🏿♂️
