Pizza Time

I went to this restaurant today to order some food because I was really hungry and I seen a small rat behind the counter running towards the back room with a piece of pepperoni in its mouth. It ran so fast I’m surprised I even saw it. I was disgusted and I will never go back here. I even told the person who worked there what I just had seen and he said, “No Miss our store is really clean we don’t have rats.” After going back and forth with him for awhile about what I seen I just left. As I was leaving there was a roach on the floor going towards the bathrooms. I don’t recommend this place at all. The employees were rude. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with.

I should have listened to the post 3 weeks ago definitely frozen pizza. Was hot for slices sitting out under lamps. Only gave 1 star because my daughter liked her cheese fries which looked good. The prices were all changed which was just a mess and the walls were disgusting at the table where my one year old was sitting. Staff was friendly though but don’t waste your time skip a meal!

The crust here is definitely frozen. The buffalo chicken pizza was not as described in the menu, as it said it had ricotta cheese but there was no ricotta cheese present... overall just average pizza and I have to knock a star off for the pizza not being as described as on the menu. I’d try another place in Wethersfield unless you’re looking for very inexpensive basic pizza.

This place is TERRIBLE. I live nearby so I ordered from them a few times, and more than once have they messed up my order. One time I ordered for delivery they never came, then refused to give me my money back. I decided to order from them again to give them another chance … I order for pick up over the phone. They messed my both my orders up , so I called them told them they had me come back down, when I got home they made both orders wrong again and I found a black hair in my food. When I went back down , they refused to refund me. I will be reporting them to the Department of Public Health, and the better business bureau.

Great service and super friendly employees. Food is excellent, this is a place I always order from if I’m ever feeling hungry or throwing a party. I order often from here and the food and service has never let me down. The pizza is always fresh and hot. This place also has the best wings I’ve ever had. I recommend this place. The food is very delicious 👍
