I never write reviews but they never get my order right. I used to stop here on my way to work but decided to go somewhere else because I would always end up with an undrinkable coffee and wasting my money. I always ask for milk only and some how it always gets messed up. You’re better off saving your money and driving to a different dunkin’.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.. 3 associates looked at me standing at the counter and none acknowledged me. They have hand written signs that say "drive through only trucks only" yet I watch a lady walk out with a bag of food and a coffee. There were no truckers there so why was I not given the same services. I learned today that taking out the trash is more important than helping a paying customer.

The second choice Dunkin's. I stop here on the way to work sometimes and only once in the many many times I've been here has my order been wrong. Great accuracy and also a great staff.

Village road inn Dunkin’ Donuts is right next to my house. I can only go there in the morning as that is the only staff that know how to properly make the food and drinks. I love the vanilla chai drink but no one knows how to make them here. I’ve gotten it 3x now where it’s not even drinkable! I wish their staff would get more training on all drinks. Also a lot of their sandwiches serve soggy bacon after breakfast… 😩

easily the worst dunkin in a 25 mile radius but the only one on the way so I don’t have much to choose from. staff is unfriendly, unorganized, and don’t greet you or anything. I’m not asking for 5 start service but first thing in the morning I don’t wanna see your posters or face because you’re working. If I had an easier dunkin to get to I would but even so I skip my coffee to avoid this place. -10/10.

Great crew at downtown Westminster MA location. Sometimes understaffed, so they have to close the walk in area, but drive thru is open. They are working hard to deliver the service people expect, but please be patient with them. They have been open all thru the pandemic, doing their best.

Always a long line, they are slow and coffee is often unmixed. If it wasn't so close, I wouldn't go

This is the worst Dunks. They don't carry basic items like powdered munchkins and I rarely if ever get my order right. After getting a regular iced latte today when I ordered a caramel craze I won't ever be returning to this specific Dunks ever again.
