I would give this location 0 stars if possible. I ordered a bourbon bacon burger and when I took a bite, it was completely red and raw. The service was poor as well, as the lady snapped at us for not getting our 3rd drink and 2nd fry. It’s unbelievable how after being rude to the customers, they give us raw burgers. Here are some pictures for everyone to see that I’m not lying about having raw food. My kids could get sick if they took another bite! They give no receipts so I am not able to get a refund, but I want a refund ASAP!!

My order was incorrect. It's easy to make an order without cheese; it should be even easier to give me THE CORRECT BURGER WITHOUT CHEESE. A Big Bacon Classic does not have crispy onion straws on it. It does not have Bourbon Sauce on it. It's a bacon burger with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle as well as mayo, ketchup and mustard. I don't work there and I know all of this because I order it EVERY TIME I GO TO WENDY'S. The cashier even repeated what I ordered, to my face, and it was still wrong. This was disgraceful. I will never eat here again.

The only good thing about this location are the employees. As far as how they treat you, etc. But coming between 5 and 6 you would think you wouldnt get food that's sat around past the hold times! Your corporation needs to quit punishing your managers on food cost so that the fricken customer doesn't get old s*** that's been laying around because your employees are pressured not to throw it away! Food prices are HORRIBLE everywhere lately and the nuggets were so bad and small and shriveled that i know they had to have been 2 hours old! Its really sucks to receive this as your dinner when your on your way to a 10 hour night shift!
