We placed a mobile order through the app for pickup at the counter. After 20 minutes we got the notification our order was ready. When we went in to pick it up, they told us one of the items on our $35 bill was out of stock, so they refused to make the rest of our order. They also refused to refund our order to give our money back, and told us to go through the app. Here we are a week later, we have gone through the apps feedback system twice, and still no response from taco bell at all, and still no refund. This is legitimately some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We weren't even upset our item was out of stock. That's fine, we get it. At least make the parts of the order that you DO have in stock. If you can't do THAT, at the VERY least give us our money back!!! I paid $35 for food we never even received, and can't even get a response back from taco bell when requesting a refund through the app. When I tried to call the store to inquire about receiving our money back, the phone just rings non stop. No one answers. We will NEVER return to this location, and I advise everyone against placing any orders through the app. If an item you want is out of stock, they will refuse to make your food and refuse to refund you. Ridiculous.

Horrible decor. No one acknowledged us. AND we said no sauce because we don't use it. And they must have put 25 packets in the bag for dine in....seriously what a waste. And the repulsive offensive artwork.

Keep your eyes open as they take orders with their ears closed. They will serve you Beef in veg tacos, even when you request and instruct strictly NO BEEF.

Went through drive thru. Typical experience. Recorded greeting when you pull up. Was treated well. Line moved quickly. Good food. Overall, good experience. Gave me way too many sauces.

The dining room is closed so the only way to get food is via the drive-thru. We found the order taker seemed less than happy to take our order. After we please our order, she asked us which salsa we would like.
To me their best salsa is the breakfast salsa. When we were given our food order, it was all in one bag. First she handed us our drinks without offering to put them into a holder.
Performing a quick inventory of our order revealed that we were given no sauces let alone the sauce we requested.
I had to wait at the now closed drive up window for about 45 seconds for her to notice I was still sitting there. When she opened the window she asked was there something wrong? Yes our sauce wasn't in the bag. She asked what kind we wanted so I told her the breakfast salsa for the both of us. My wife from the passenger seat send lots please.
The lady at the drive-thru window gave us plenty of sauce pretty much all she could fit in her hand. Now we had sauce for the next five orders!
When we got home our food looked like it was all tossed into the air and landed on something hard. The taco shells were shattered. The steak quesadilla not even cut. My crunchwrap supreme had black carbon on the tortilla wrapper from previous burned meals because the equipment wasn't cleaned before my crunchwrap supreme was grilled.
I understand staffing everywhere is difficult, and a fast food restaurant is very challenging right now, so I'm grateful for those who do chose to work. A little more attention to detail would go a long way towards a better experience for the customer.
We love Taco Bell, and we will be back!

Stopped here after a long drive with the kids. 3 taco supremes, beefy burrito and chips and cheese. The tacos were missing lettuce and tomatoes, beefy burrito was half the size it normally is and was without beef, chips and cheese... well the chips were all broken. Didn't let us know when we asked for mild that they didn't have any until we got to the window. Gave me a bag twisted up that was like a mini garbage bag.

How hard is it to not be rude or listen to a customer? Kyle s. Extremely rude with your ooookay as I was asking my wife what she wanted thank you for listening about not putting any dairy on her order with her dairy intolerance and not doing anything correct as you should off I'll be back in the morning to talk to the manager about this

I've ordered from this particular one a couple of times just because I was trying to give them more than one shot. Especially with fast food sometimes you can have one bad experience but it's not how it normally is. However, after ordering five times it's obvious that every single time they rush the order. They screw up the order of the majority of the time. They never include silverware so they just expect us to eat our potatoes or rice with our fingers I suppose. And everything is always burnt. I don't mean a little bit overcooked I mean you can smell the charcoal from the closed and sealed bag. Everything in there is completely black and there's no way that they don't see that before they package it up so they're literally looking at it, seeing that it is horrific, and wrapping it up anyways.
