Burger King

I ordered the spicy ch'king and it was hard, I ordered it without pickle and asked for it cut in half and I got pickles and it wasn't cut and barely any sauce... I asked for napkins while the pop was over firing and the guy laughed and walked away... Very disrespectful workers. I'm not going back to this bk ever again... I tried calling and can't get through to anyone...

ZERO STARS DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! The manager who wouldn't let me speak, said he did me a favor by giving me the product i paid for. Im still going to speak to his manager/ owner. You can not conduct business like that and expect a good review and a happy customer. Next time let your customers tell you the problems before you hang up on them. If you wanna charge for extra items make sure they are on the sandwich. You system has a problem but YOU the manager made me feel like it was my fault. Well here is your proof. Be a better Human Being. If you don't like your job quit. I have come back to let you know my hash rounds taste like they were cooked in car oil. Someone should call the health department that can not be sanitary!!!

Stopped here to grab a quick breakfast bite. I was the only car in line. Waited a minute at the speaker before anyone asked to take my order, then I waited 6 minutes at the cash out window for 3 french toast sticks. When the rude manager finally came to the window- I asked for a refund, he says," I thought you wanted them fresh?" "They're coming up now." I replied, " No thanks, just a refund" He says, " Ok. Well I guess not". This place is slow as molasses. Same thing happened about 3 months ago when I stopped for the same thing. Waited at the window for 5-6 minutes because food had not been dropped. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Horrible. There's always a 12 to 15 car line. Then, after waiting, they have the nerve to charge you 15 cents for a BBQ sauce.. and not include salt and ketchup in the bag.. but says "everything's in the bag.." I won't be back there and don't recommend going. On top of all that, the food was not great at all. -1 stars.

I was left on hold in the drive-thru. After 5 minutes I said hello, then my order was taken. I asked for cheese and light lettuce on my fish sandwich. I revived dried out lettuce, no cheese (I was charged for it) and very little tarter sauce. My 8 piece cheese sticks were over cooked. I tried to call the store to complain, no one answered. I will be going to the store for a full refund. On a good note, they do offer a Military Discount (that's why I gave 2 stars for my 1 star experience).

Arrived around 10am on the Saturday of GC party at the park., Heard preceeding customer order and person taking order.. extremely cheerful, great customer service. Ordered and got same service and before he cut his mic heard him addressing fellow employee in a very nice way. Discovered he was in fact the manager which is why im adding time and day, i hadn't asked his name.
