Mcdonald's

I stopped by this location around 10:20PM because my son wanted something quick to eat. Luckily, the location was open till 11PM. The young lady who took my order was very nice and what really made me happy is that they made me wait a few extra minutes while they made fresh fries for me. At least half a dozen times at other McDonalds, when it gets within 40 minutes of closing, and the drive thru line is empty, they stick you with whatever fries are left in the bin. I DEEPLY appreciate that this location made the effort to take care of me.

Very good service. My order was accurate, and the food tastes fresh. They did a great job keeping the cars in the drive thru moving along at a steady pace. This is one of the better McDonald's that I have eaten at. Although I did not go inside, the outside parking lot was free of trash, so.I can assume that their seating area inside was equally as clean. Bith of the employees who served me were friendly. I will probably make this my go-to spot the next time I am in town

I don't normally review places, but this one deserves a special mention. It's convenience is nice cause its on my way home from work, and it ends there. Over the last 6 months, I would stop 2-3 times a month around 4:00pm. Each, and every time my order would be missing food. My normal order is for 2 people, and most commonly 40 chicken nuggets, 2 large fry, and 2 large drinks. I get charged full price, and have even been charged for things I did not order. The worst one was getting 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 'large' fries less than 1/4 full. I tried reaching out from the McDonald's website and get the same automated response.

The employees were more concerned with yelling at each over then serving the cust. I ordered the breakfast burrito meal and the hash browns were undercooked and the burritos were both cold and no employee responded to either good morning or thank you. I won't be back. I had to buy my Breakfast at Tim Hortons

This mcdonalds has the worst customer service!! My girl went up there and paid extra for sauce and when she confronted Bree very nicely about not getting the put she requested she was very rude and cut her off and said whatever here u go basically threw at her and said Byeee. The manager zee was nice but Bree is mean every single time.

4/11/22 - They should never re-opened after the fire. They should consolidated the staff from this location and the Michigan Ave location. Maybe they could pump out some customers. They had no products.They were out of Coke, Fish, Chicken, and nuggets. All Wayne fast food locations should be avoided.
