Came here with my wife near the end of the night and the girl who was cooking was slamming things and openly voicing her complaint about having to cook orders near the end of her shift. I understand wanting to get home, I am a former sous chef so I can relate but to have such an ugly attitude is bad for customers to see. Definitely won’t be returning due to the service not the food.

food, great. service, horrible. im very disappointed at how one of the managers treated me and even her employees. very rude and a significant amount of attitude. i am a regular here and i enjoy eating in but not when you have to listen to the blonde woman yell at everyone the entire time. After last week i will NOT eat in anymore. probably just go somewhere else to avoid repeating my order a million times to a woman that cant hear.

Good customer service. Food was delicious until I found a strand of hair in my chicken teriyaki rice bowl. Whilst they were remaking my food, my boyfriend found a stray hair in his chicken Vermonter. Got our money back. D'Angelo's: PLEASE have your food preparation crew wear hairnets whilst preparing other folks' meals. Baseball caps are NOT enough. Incredibly unsanitary.

Went into the store to pick up lunch, stood at the front for 10 minutes before walking out without any food. Not one employee spoke to me, greeted me, or even said they would be a moment before someone could take our order. Four people were behind the counter, each one of them made eye contact with us. Not one of them said anything. Not a damn word. We were the only two people standing there. Left and got Panera down the street. Will not be returning to this location, ever. Worst customer service experience of my life. Lesson learned, just get Panera.
