The person that helped me was so sweet this morning and helped me to create this lovely decaf iced coffee…went out of their way to create a cinnamon almond milk foam for me. Favorite drink yet.

I travel for work and have been to Starbucks all over America. This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Mobile app orders go unfulfilled. In person orders are forgotten about. Sometimes the location is closed, but the app says it is open. The staff there does a horrible job. I don't think there's any managerial oversight whatsoever. Today I wanted an iced coffee and after 15 minutes of waiting checked with the cashier -- as suspected it was completely forgotten.
Please, do yourself a favor and go to Boxwood on Broad street like two blocks away. It's much better and also has parking.

I can’t believe I’m writing a Starbucks review but here we are. This is probably the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to. I only come here when the Cranford train location is closed for staffing shortages. They should take a lesson from the Cranford management and staff (who are the sweetest most effiecient employees I’ve encountered). I ordered two lattes here both of which were made incorrectly. That’s a nice 15 dollar waste money. I know most consumers including myself try their best to be kind when asking an employee to fix something - I’m sure we’ve all experienced the attitudes that follow which makes you uncomfortable as it is to ask something to be fixed or made correctly. When you’re spending your hard earned money on a 7 dollar latte that you expect to be made as it should be, it’s hard to justify anything other than what you know to be your correct drink. The macchiato was made without any caramel drizzle. I kindly asked the employee to add it in to which she opened the lid to try and show me proof that it was in there like I was her child- rather than just adding it in. She then tried giving me a lesson on why the drizzle sometimes doesn’t “look” like it’s been added to further avoid fixing the issue. As if she was scolding me in front of 20 other people waiting. Lady, just add the freakin caramel bc clearly it wasn’t there. I’ve ordered this drink for ten years and this is the first time there was no sign of the caramel drizzle. The second drink- listen, I know it’s efficient to have one employee start the drinks, and the other employees complete them. But please…communicate with each other. One employee added the syrup with the espresso, the second added the milk with additional syrup. It was like drinking a sweet tart. I drank less than half and couldn’t stomach to finish it. To further the one star review, I came here on a snowy day a few days prior to this second mishap, and the employees were out loud speaking about how the customers should’ve stayed home bc of the snow to make their day easier. It was extremely uncomfortable… It’s just small issues that really could be non events with better management. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on…

This location needs better attention by management where cleanliness and sanitary conditions are concerned.
The last two times I've dined in: the floor and table surfaces were a mess. That's the cleanliness part.
I mention sanitary concerns because a patron was allowed to have their small dog on top of (yes, on top of) the high top table they were seated at. This was mere feet away from the main service counter, closest to the pickup area, in plain view of the staff and no one said a peep. I get it that this is a dog friendly location, but that was too much. That's simply not sanitary to have an animal's paws in full contact (I'm talking all four), standing atop a dining surface. Wake up staff.

I ordered a simple caramel ribbon frap that I always get at Starbucks.
One- The barista made it wrong- this tasted more like a chocolate milkshake more than anything ( picture below- caramel fraps are never this dark).
Two- the barista ignores me when I walk in, I’m standing in front of the counter and then after about two minutes of her sweeping, she takes my order and then proceeds to say “I always wanted to ask- how do people order a Frappuccino in 10 degree weather” (it was 35 degrees actually- check your weather app next time. & does someone rlly think I’m standing outside drinking this thing? Lol, be a little more intelligent if you’re trying to judge someone on their drink as a barista).
I very badly wanted to reply “by walking into a SB and telling the person who works there to make it” - but my better judgement prevented me from doing this. So I provided a simple answer and proceeded to wait.
Three- I personally felt judged for ordering the drink I did and the fact that it wasn’t even made right is exactly why I’m going to make it very aware to everyone I know to never step foot in that Starbucks.
It’s a shame a company is as only as good as their workers in a case like this- please teach your employees ppl skills or rid the bad seeds in this place/hire better more equipped staff. After reading other reviews under this location I can see this is an active and ongoing issue. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Pathetic place. Ordered a latte for myself Nd God knows what was given to me! Requested them to make another one and they once again gave me an extremely funny tasting drink with a horrible balance of milk! Thid plCe definitely needs attention!

Horrible service. I asked for pumpkin coffee and the staff looked at me like I was crazy. And while I waited for my wife’s order they asked me what I was waiting for in a very nasty tone like I didn’t belong there. I won’t be coming back here. Manager should be more on top of these things and make it customer friendly and welcoming. SMH
