There is always a wait here, but the food is worth it. Due to Covid-19, the staff is short-handed, as are many places... It is what it is! They work hard and get your delicious, hot food, and your correct order. Just know you will wait. The best time to go for dinner, I have found, is around 4 or 4:30! 😉

I love all Wendy's, but in particular the Wendy's in Westerly Rhode Island. The people are always pleasant and helpful even during these difficult times. And they have sometimes been understaffed but do a great job in spite of that.

The one fast food place in town that didn't mess up my order. Very frustrating when you have to pull over and check your order is correct before you leave the parking lot. Now its just a habit. Wendy's employees have good listening skills!! Thank you!

Just dumb luck that we were going this way for camping and wanted a little snack. Good clean typical Wendy's. One complaint though, the menu was hard to decipher. It was packed and the deal were all but hidden in the corner with little unreadable print. Even the employee had a hard time finding the advertised deal.

Love Wendy's, especially their chicken nuggets!! They are the best chicken nuggets I've ever had, and their baked potatoes are good too. We had a large order for several people, and they didn't forget anything. Only problem was we ordered a Dr. Pepper and were not told till we got to the pay window they were out, but we did get another drink.
