I ordered a simple Turkey, cheese and Avocado. The Turkey in the sandwich seemed extremely watery. Not sure what that was about. They forgot to put the cheese on my sandwich. When I went to the counter to just ask for the cheese on a plate to do it myself, one employee was very nice and took care of it.

Don't usually post reviews, but this was my 3rd (and final) time getting food from there. All 3 times they got the order wrong, and there were no special requests. Just ordering off their menu. And they really don't seem to care when you point it out.

Terribly slow, when I asked about my order I was rudely shunned and told it would come eventually. He seemed to be in charge which is sad. Tall dark haired white man, extremely rude to me I asked politely for my order after waiting an hour for an order.

My soup came half way empty the manager was super unprofessional I Suggest going the south Portland one considering the Westbrook one does not care about their customers ! Disgusting.

Daniel was a rock star today! An order was never placed for a weekly event, through no fault of Panera employees. In a matter of minutes he put together my weekly order and bailed us out and did it with such a pleasant attitude. Thank you for rescuing my event!

Waited 40 min for a mobile order that was never even made after being charged for it. manager was annoyed that we were complaining. somehow worse than the south Portland location

Slow kitchen service, 2 orders after my order were prepared and served before mine. Received bagel and forgot latte that went with original order. Had to wait longer for that part of order. And on top of that bagel was cold not toasted throughout!

How much do I love Panera Bread you ask?..., let me tell you. Two years ago I lost my job when the pandemic began..., my elderly next door neighbor died, and my husband and I literally didn't leave the house for two months..., thank goodness we've always had backup food..., in case of the zombies. Seriously though, we've always been stocked.
I haven't had a job in two years because of the pandemic... when it began to be safer I started doing odd jobs again, mostly yard work and shoveling just to make ends meet..., thank goodness our house is paid for outright.
Panerai Bread came through for me today..., they hired me when I needed it most...,and for that I will always be thankful.
(Ps: this should be fun..., the owners' name is Jill..., her second in command is Will..., and my name is WiL..., this is going to be fun. Jill, Wll and WiL..., the employees already think it's funny... and so do I.
