Amato's

Love Amato's but whoever made my sandwich is just downright stingy. 1 slice of green pepper on each half of the sandwich, 2 small pieces of pickle, 1 PC of ham and cheese... and I'm out $10 between a lousy sandwich and a drink. I understand that food costs money. I'd pay more for a better quality sandwich. Amato's used to be fabulous but has gone downhill. I'm hoping they get it together because I love their Italian sandwiches when they are made with some TLC.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I’ve been a loyal customer for years to that store. I called my order in at 6:16PM. I spent a minute and a half on the phone with them while they proceeded to give me a total. I arrived at 6:57 as they were about to close and was greeted with a rude “are you here to pick up because we close at 7 and can’t make hot food.” I stated my order and they said they didn’t have it. Showed them my phone records that I indeed called the right store and spoke with someone. I couldn’t get half my food because they were closing so I politely asked for a discount. The manager proceeded to call me a liar and said he didn’t have the order so why would he give me a discount. I left the place in tears being told to never come back. GLADLY.

Very poor employee attitudes and bad customer service. Today I ordered sandwiches through the DoorDash app. One sandwich I ordered was a small original Italian and when order arrived I got a BLT not an original Italian as I ordered. I called this location to complain and was told it was a DoorDash problem. As far as I know didn't an Amato's employee make my sandwich and place it in my bag? When I asked the manager the same question, she hung up. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I will not be doing further business here.

Went today, expecting not only great food but great service. The food was okay… not as good as other locations. The staff is very young - the one behind the register looked and seemed like he never worked before. He was lazy and didn’t take me seriously. I had to repeat my order several times just for them to mess up my order… Had to go in three times! The employees are very inexperienced and need proper training!! Never going to this location again.

I just watched one of your new pimple faced employees disrespect two customers in front of me and then he proceeded to do the same to me. Snarky comments as well as calling customers "champ" and "skipper". His buddy who had more face piercings than brain cells was laughing right along. Ive been spending 15-20 dollars at your store every day for a year now. After what I just saw and experienced I'll never step foot in your store again and id bet the two customers in front of me are thinking the same.

Walked in to order at 6:50. Immediately told yea we’re closed. But your hours are until 7? Yea you see the lights out… we’re closed. Perplexed I walk out and just head down the road to local establishment. What sort of service does this place offer when you make up the hours as you go. Pretty disappointed
