My reviews are based on Mobility, and this Dunkin Donuts has a better accessibility auction. Efficient, unlike most Dunkin Donuts, my order for on-the-go was ready when I got there. Also, the things I wanted were actually there, rather than missing. One can only ask why these people are not paid a higher wage. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts, you are a gold mine and have made many wealthy people even wealthier. Why not pass it along to those who work so hard for you amidst conditions that are not conducive to staying away from the pandemic. Most of your staff are loyal people who have been there for years

This Dunkin’ has a habit of continuously messing up an order someway somehow. This most recent time they forget to charge for an item and didn’t put it on the bill and want me to correct the mistake. Don’t get me wrong I agree pay for the food you want but also there’s a point when it becomes a habit. Another time had to tell them 4 times over the intercom what I wanted and as I got to the window they still got it wrong another 3 times of handing the order back and fourth. Very disappointing

Woman that works night shift refuses to even do her job. Says they are out of everything and gives horrible attitude and zero service or effort. Acts like it’s a problem if you order a coffee from a coffee shop. Day time workers aren’t much better. Overall horrible service and staff. All should be replaced. Have been going here for years since it’s the only 24/7 dunks near me, and I can’t emphasize how bad the staff is.
