This place is disgusting.!! Very dirty . We had the worst experience ever. I ordered the sampler with scamble eggs with crispy bacon and a side of toast. We both ordered coffee and water. He order the chicken fried steak breakfast. We asked if we could change the pancakes to French toast she said sure . The toast was burnt hard and cold . The extra French toast she gave us was cold . No crisy bacon The water has something it and and the place was disgusting. .

2/28/22 Went on Wednesday evening (2/23) Food was ok, but our waiter was NOT in the mood for people. Tried to make him smile with a couple small jokes, got nothing but snippy words back. Dude, if you're not a people person, don't wait tables. If someone put you in a bad mood, don't take it out on people that are trying to cheer you up. 😠 _________________________________________ 11/10/20 YUMMMMM I was talked in going, hadn't been there since my last bad experience. Tuesday evening, the place wasn't too busy. That was cool. I ordered a burger (yeah, at IHOP🤣) 1) As I sat waiting for my food, I commented on how the pictures in the menu, never look anything like the way you get it. I swear to you, this burger was PICTURE perfect!!! 2) The fries were PERFECT!!! (I rarely order fries because establishments don't usually care if you get them cold) I don't eat cold fries. 3) I ordered a half lemonade half iced tea drink. PERFECT!!!👌 I'm not even kidding, and it was beautiful to look at too. As simple as this menu selection was, everything was absolutely perfect, right down to "no water spots on my silverware or on my glass". It was all of the little things that impressed me today. Total CARE went into everything, including how we were treated by management and staff. ↓The review below was posted a yr prior↓ I wasn't very impressed with the food. I had pancakes. They were ok, but not nearly as tasty as Denny's. I had coffee as well and it was aweful. I found out Mr Evans is no longer there, I guess he's not top of things, those little things made a big difference. He was always right there with a big smile asking how things were. Nobody cares now.

We understood the 20 minute wait to be seated due to it being busy. But the food was cold. We had waited over an hour for it after placing the order. No silverware at first. I had to wait 15 minutes to even make my coffee. One order was supposed to have scrambled eggs and the waiter put it in as over easy.

So one star is too much my experience the other day was not very good if it was for the manager Andrew my friend and I would have just left our server never ever came to our table due due was our server she gave us our bill that was it we waited a long time to be seated and like ibsaid if it wasn't for Andrew our experience would have been worse he took our order delivered our food and checked up on us so he got the tip not her KY friend and I are servers as well we expect certain things I I waited on my tables like that I not make any money I hope that this review will show her she needs to take better care of her guests in the future ill never go back

I’ve been told to go on a Monday or Tuesday to eat if I want to be sure that the food is in stock and available. This has been the case for several months now. Never any onion rings or mozzarella sticks when ordering a sampler. The wait to order is ridicules and the management clearly has given up! No longer will support this location. Went to Spfld on Cooley st much better service and they has everything we ordered🙌🏽
