Dunkin'

West Seneca, NY location. Horrible. 14 minutes in the drive thru line. Bacon, egg and cheese bagel, medium coffee with cream and sugar. I got a croissant sandwich that smelled of cleaning fluid. I also got a coffee without sugar. It wasn't the person who took the order, it was the kitchen. They didn't give me thee wrong orders, stickers are correct. You cannot call the location, you just get an endless loop to the management company. Dunkin owes me $6.83.

The only reason i gave it a 3 start is that there customer service is good some times. But I been coming here for a couple time and it a hit and missed.. They can't do my coffee at all.. 🤦 I take a 6 &6 hot coffee and i try different days and weeks to see if they can get it and every time they get it wrong... This is why I stay with Delaware and Hertel location, and i drive 20 miles every day to get great coffeee.. So.. That's my opinion.. I order a bagel as well double toasted with a lot of butter and they gave me a uncooked bagel and little spread of butter... Yuppp ...I just wish they was better.. Off to check out new location of Dunkin Donuts...
