Wingstop

Placed order through mobile. 20 mins later I arrived at the store, paid, and was told “we are working on it”. Waiting 20 more minutes before saying if my order is almost done. Again “we are now finishing it up”. Waiting 20 more minutes and asked if it’s done because it’s been a full hour since the order was placed. Turns out it’s been done and they just stuffed it on their shelf with many more bags. Not only was the food cold I missed out on taking my girlfriend some lunch since she works grave yard shifts. The service was horrible since I got there to when I left with the cold food.

Ordered my lunch in the app and I called the restaurant because I waited for an hour and never recieved anything. They placed me on hold for 10 minutes just to tell me "This isn't Domino's, we can't give you your money back because you didn't recieve it in 30 minutes or less." All I had asked for was a refund because I never recieved my food. I will never be doing business with this location again. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Needs better management, ordered 30 wing menu twice now. Only one flavour was correct. Cashier boy messing around alot. Too many jokes and games being played in the back, MANAGMENT needs to get it under control. No professionalism at all. These workers act like children . OWNER needs to address this issue. Wings are great but customer service is really bad sorry.
