I personally worked at this Location (2021) Everyone was cool and on point to what their position was and others would make their way to help when work was slow. Once its rush hour with calls and orders online back to back everyone is helping ever managers. I personally think if mistake is made its due out of accident or driver is literally lost or confused on where to deliver and i myself was a driver. I myself was trying my hardest when lost. Place is always cleaned. I myself enjoyed working and wish to be given a second chance. New crew (2022) really don't care. Slack. Due to whoever is Managing. I myself meet and went threw inspection and everyone was a team player under Terrence(Main) (2 other helping manage /supervise (2 other male employees).

Manager is worst than the disrespectful unprofessional employees i will never ever order anything from here threats made by driver and one thing i will not tolerate is something like that to fix food for my family. Because you don't read your notes or follow directions cant reach a real person polo grounds papa john on summit and military -1srar.

Changed my previous 5 star review to 1 star. Ordered my usual stuffed crust large today and it was NOT GOOD. Crust was stale, didn't have extra sauce like I asked and it was COLD when I picked it up. I am 2 mins away and always use papa tracker so when it's in the baking stage, I head over to the store. Cheese inside the crust was Not melty, sauce was not hot, and crust felt stale. Knew when I picked it up cause the bottom of the box wasn't hot. So disappointed!! What a shame as I was a regular at this location. Seems like they gave me a pizza abandoned by someone else. What a bummer! Thinking twice before going here again... 😞

I simply asked for the driver to call my phone when he arrives because I have a sleeping baby. The driver did not follow the directions and rang the doorbell. My dog went crazy and now my baby’s nap was cut short. The driver said no one told him but when I called the location the “Manager” told me he did tell the driver. Point is, I will never order from this location ever again.
