Employees avoid the front counter. Act like taking our order is a crime. Saw customers walk out because nobody wanted to take their order. Another customer ordered online and waited a while for anyone to notice him. We did receive our order fine.

It's absolutely the worst McDonald's. I didn't even eat the food. They should never have two lanes open if they can't handle it. They let the car in front of me order then had five cars on the other side take their order. I got so annoyed I left and I was stuck because I couldn't leave the drive-thru lane because they have it all marked all

If you want eat in piece forget it about it. You sit which the staff start cleaning the bathroom. They make so much noise cleaning inside bathroom. Its look like they don't care about customer eating with so much noise or they an dumbs. You are there they start cleaning in your foot too. Lol. Thats an joke.I never saw something like there

Ice cream cone is sometimes small amount of ice cream and other times but more sometimes a drop bigger. Never the same no matter what location. Some no taste some too much vanilla.

I normally do stars but I had to write a good review for the Mgr Christian. I had a bad experience with overnight shift. He listened and correct it on his shift. Managers like him need to recognize and I pray he will own his own McDonald’s on day.

Just spoke to a woman named Sandra who claimed she was the “store manager” when I asked for a store manager when they refused to serve me food on my lunch break. After I asked her how long she’s been at that location and she told me they were under “new management” she told me she was there for 2 years and I told her that was too long to be “new management” she told me that she wasn’t the manager, it was in fact a woman named Jacqueline and that she couldn’t connect me to the new manager because she is not able to be contacted till the morning. I informed her that I worked for a PR company and would be informing the local news that they are advertising on google that they are 24/7 when she told me at 3;15 that it would take me until 4:30 to microwave a plastic burger, she THEN offered to serve me food. Save the tax payers their money and shut down all food establishments that pay $15++* an hour for false advertisement. They are open and just flat out don’t want to work. Hope it was worth getting shut down!

My first time leaving a REVIEW. 11:22 am I don’t think Customers have to beg for ketchup I order 40 chicken nuggets why do I only have one barbecue sauce. McDonald’s please hire staff that is customer-friendly the manager is the worst of them all the short ones with the short hair. Just RUDENESS each time I come here smh.

The food was great and staff was even better! The guy at the front counter really made the whole experience. He had the best customer service I’ve seen in the young generation in such a long time! I wish I knew his name to mention him but we just left there around 2:30 PM on 02/05/2022 if that helps. He deserves a raise or to be promoted!
