I do like this McDonald's in West palm beach the best, the staff are courtesy, polite they get your order right and food is hot if not the managers are on top of it

I have never came across racing themed Macdonald with real racing gears inside. This one is a super rare . The racing cars and bikes are awesome. It's kinda sad to see this amazing outlet with relatively poor management. It took me several tries to get things like ketchup or even napkins while it wasn't even busy!!!

All female crew with no sense of urgency. They're hard of hearing and you have to repeat yourself a couple of times. The the dining area is dirty

Ordered for my child and the quality of the item was made with perfection. I even complimented at the drive-thru window how nice it looked. It was not just throwed together the individual took their time. Thank you 😊 💓

Horrible customer service. The employees argued with me when I clearly ordered 2 of one item. When I tried to pay at the register even though it was their mistake the lady was incredible nasty. I came inside with my dog this time and the lady at the register was also rude. I’ve worked in the service industry before and never would treat someone with such little respect.

I would say this has to be one of the best kept and friendly McDonald's I've visited in awhile. Although I did not purpuse anything at the time i spent here, one of the cashiers was completely helpful. She saw me sitting for a few minutes and offered a cup of water. Wow, thank you. The restroom wasn't bad either just a bit small, however there were no paper towels. All in all, great place to take a break. Thank you race car McDonald's!
