It's white castle. It's good for what it is. Employees were very nice although they were being swamped by customers. Five stars to them.

Let's face it, if you like White Castle, you like it and if you don't, then nothing I say will convince you! This location is very good, the people who work here, have great attitudes and give good customer service. The food is fresh and tasty.

Still a go to when I am home. Wish I had one in Mass. Service was good and food hot. Definitely will return.

I got a nice sampling from the menu. t was worth the very looooong drive from the DC area! I even had left-overs for the next morning!! Yum! =)

The staff can sometimes be rude when it comes to the older people food is usually good unless it's packed then u might find 6/10 burgers are eating temperature

This is a great location with friendly staff. Food is always on point. Anyone that’s giving this place less than 5 stars just needs to know… this isn’t Shake Shack 😋

The food is fresh, always was when I visited. And the service is light-years faster than it was when I used to go to White Castle some years ago.
Although the bathroom is surprisingly clean, which is also a plus, it's not some place that invites dining-in, for me. I'd definitely grab-n-go when I have the cravings.
