Weird batch of some warm and some cold fries, some salty some not so. The burger and drink were fine, no issues there. They do tend to get the order wrong here so I went in this time instead of the Drive thru. The place is clean but couldn't eat in on a Sunday night around 7pm so everyone ppl were just collecting their orders then eating in their cars. Plenty of car park space though as Harbour Town is closed at that time.

McDonalds Harbourtown Adelaide - "Where's the lettuce?" Staff can't get basic burger ingredients correct. And the staff member who takes your complaint doesn't care and acts like this is an everyday acceptable occurrence. It's this attitude that is more frustrating than the burger being wrong in the first place. This attitude is why customers become "Karens". It happens all too often in this industry. Management need to take responsibility for not training their staff to care about the product they produce.

If you could score them 0 stars I would. Used app, ordered $18.80 worth, was charged approx $24, was made wait for over 14 min at drive through speaker (only 1 car in front in parking bay-he got out also and went into restaurant to see why there was such a delay) they confirmed my app order number and name and by the time I got to last window said it/I didn’t exist….app said my order had been picked up….so I also got out of car and went I to restaurant some 30 min later to get refund as I had NO food…only to be told I needed to pay again -despite proof of dud coming out of my credit card….or ring a customer service number to try and get refund….NO FOOD some 40 Min later and NO ONE on customer service number today…:TERRIBLE customer service -the WORST MacDonalds I’ve ever been to-and I’ve been to many The rudest duty manager and store manger Do yourself a favour and DRIVE to City -anything to avoid this dreadful shop

Very horrible customer service, requested for dine in, but the lady over the counter packed our food in take out bags, I mentioned it was eat in and she insisted that the bags were good, I asked for a tray and she refused to give me, had to ask another staff member before I got one.(my order number was 125), then I saw the table behind served with eat in on a tray.... I have always loved McDonald's.....not just here, right from UK to South Africa and to other branches I have been to in Adelaide....but this.....the service killed it all. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
