Applebee's

Went in on a Friday night with family. Our server was very attentive and friendly, one of our members came in later and the server helped him real quick. :) I ordered the pina colada pot of gold and it was great for me. Too sweet for others but I guess it’s just preference. Our food came out good as well.

Kind of annoyed. I Ordered the prime rib dipper through door dash. I was asked if I want fries...I say yes...but Got No fries! I ordered the sugar dusted donut dippers...I specified, NO hot Fudge, I asked for caramel sauce. I was given a full cup of hot Fudge and 1/4 cup of Caramel for 9 donuts. Last time I ordered, I wasn't given my drink. When I called they said it was the Doordarshan drivers fault, they ate supposed to go to the bar and order the drink! Total B. S.

Arrived today and my order was not ready, personell was polite and attentive, which is greatly appreciated. When my order came to the front I made sure to ask the girl with the beautiful green eyeshadow if everything was there. I was assured it was, naturally I took my order and left, sadly my order was incomplete. Fries 🍟 from a meal were missing. Anything 🍎 Applebee's could have done differently to get my order right?

I've been here to this specific applebees a half dozen times and it's always an easy experience. The staff appears happy, I'm not gonna say they're extremely friendly compared to other applebee's in the country, but they're not irritating. The food was on average of any other applebee's. Cleanliness without going into the kitchen of course was spot on I didn't see any food or trash on the ground. Bathroom equally tidy. On the 1 or 2 occasions that I've sat at the bar the barkeep kept everybody's drink filled and the beer was cold. I've had dinner there twice along with appetizers and everything's always arrived from the kitchen more than warm which I appreciate. Not this restaurant's fault persay because it's an applebee's issue as a whole entity, but I would appreciate if they could dedicate maybe a page if not at least more than 5 items on their menu to being carb free choices or keto friendly. I can honestly say that my wife and I would probably spend at least 3 times as many times (maybe 1x now per month) going to applebee's if that was an applebees 2020 menu&kitchen update. Now the cons of this place are a couple of the staff don't always come off as being the happy to be there kind of people. Perhaps even coming off as clearly thinking customer is more of a burden than an opportunity, I don't think that's how service staff should ever present themselves. I know you have to be at work and it sucks, but as a customer/patron of the restaurant I don't want to know that. I have also met staff at this location that seemed to actually enjoy their job and making suggestions as far as food menu items and drinks was pleasurable. Thus 4 stars is fair.

Went with a group of friends. We just got appetizers and they were delicious. However our poor waitress I assume was newer she was quite and shy and didn't come back to keep checking on us and we had about 10 people we had to keep grabbing her attention for drinks. The bartender didn't know anything. We tried ordering drinks , waitress would come back and say they don't know how to make that. So we had to keep it basic and stick with shots :(
