They need to hire help. The poor girl working today is Over worked. MAYBE pay your people more!! It's sad. What is the point of ordering ahead when it's not ready and I have to stand in line to pick it up. There's no pick up rack. THERE IS NO ADVANTAGE TO ORDERING ONLINE. you still have to stand there. . The food is usually good.

These people are the worst. not only do they not know there own menu, but they charge you for extra items that you havent even purchased or added. god forbid you offend someones grandmother by telling the truth but the serice and food quality is beyond stale, constantly low or out of stock on the most common items a subway should have, like bread..... or receive the bread toasted or untoasted but are unable to eat the bread because the workers managed to burn the bread prior to serving it to you. you order in store, you get rude service. you order online, its wrong 8/10 times. if i could give .1 of a star, i would. i have been coming to this subway for the last 5 years. literally nothing has changed, i come here because in our small area this is like the only subway, but i give up, i have now bossed my life up to panera bread.
