I paid $5.75 for the espresso. The barista seems to not care to fill it up to grande size. The second order is mango dragonfruit. The same barista seems to not care to tell the store runs out off the dragonfruit and it should taste the same. (Okay I got it. I just can’t make my own dragonfruit and that’s why I’m here.) I don’t mind spending almost $12 for these two cups. At least please show you care and gives less of the attitude. Not a returning customer for this location.

I stop here during the week at times as I work in Wellesley. I do mobile orders on my way and it should be done by the time I get there. … today I went and got 2 coffees. Knowing the timing is not correct on mobile and seems to take longer I ordered it about 20 minutes before I’d get there and ended up waiting another 20 minutes for them. On top of it, there are many people in there waiting. You’re a coffee shop. Morning is a busy time I get it but also, get it together. I saw one maybe two people trying to make orders but everyone else was just walking around doing other stuff not helping anyone. One girls said she was going on her break in the middle of a rush time and they definitely could have used her…. On top of that, one of the coffees I ordered, grande hot white mocha… it was literally milk and white mocha sauce. NO COFFEE!!!! What the heck is that?!?! I don’t think these kids had their coffee.. I have been disappointed and this just kind of ruined it all together. Not going to be back.

I KNOW YOU ARE BUSY BUT WHY SO RUDE?! I am working in Wellesley, need to get there by 8:30am every weekday morning, so I placed my Mobile order at 7:45am, and the App says should be ready at 8:06am. However, I arrived at 8:15am, and my drink still not there. The black guy with glasses talked so fast and rush, his attitude was trying to get rid of me as quick as possible, “if your drink is ready, it will be here, so just wait.” So I waited until 8:26am, and I kept seeing people who ordered later than me got their drink, so I spoke to the same guy, “I placed the order on the App 45 mins ago.” He replied with his poker face, “if you wanna get the refund please go to the counter.” Seriously?! Am I paid to be treated like that?! You guys rather refund to me instead, and not decided to make me the drink, to make your customer happy? Thank you Starbucks! What a great customer service!

After waiting twenty minutes for an order I paid for online through the Starbucks app, I was told they never received my online order. I showed them the mobile order and they just walked away.
I left without any coffee or help from employees to make the frustrating situation right. Hopefully others have more positive experiences.

2 wrong and watered down drinks, rude dismissive staff ( at least the cashier and the barista at the time) who they clearly didn't want to be there. Total waste of money and time. There are plenty of good coffee shops in the area so this one is off our list from now on.

Staff seem confused and inexperienced. Messed up my drink, didn't know how to fix it (or make it to begin with) and didn't offer to remake it. I just left as there were 15+ people inside waiting for their drinks and I didn't want to wait.

Your normal starbucks. Glad they are open for indoor coffee!
Minus: But as this is your normal Starbucks, the staff unfortunately, will as a rule put their hands over the top of the rim of the uncovered cup right after handling money or a broom. Peet's coffee sometimes does that as well, but Starbucks are doing this as rule.
Minus: no hand sanitizer dispensers anywhere.
Minus: Also, after 2 pm occasional crowds of screaming teenagers inside the cafe dont add to the atmosphere. The staff doesn't do anything about it.
I'd still go there though.

The waiting is insane . It used to be a quick stop but I had to wait 40 mins for a drink that was sitting behind other 100 orders. They need to either hire more people or make sure they don’t over take pick ordersAND walk in order. It’s a disaster.
